What you will do

• Act as the Global Commercial lead for a portfolio of top global clients, managing contract queries and reporting requirements.
• Develop and negotiate remuneration proposals and staff plans to ensure healthy fee structures.
• Monitor client fee profitability and manage global bonus calculations across multiple markets.
• Coordinate commercial proposals for new business pitches, including data consolidation and pricing strategy.
• Collaborate with Global Commercial Directors on international contract negotiations and onboarding.
• Manage and mentor team analysts to ensure accurate and timely delivery of commercial tasks.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in the UK.
• Proven work experience in commercial-related fields, client finance, or business affairs.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of financial concepts including revenue, costs, profit, and cash flow.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into clear insights for diverse audiences.
