What you will do
- Communicate with existing global clients via phone and email.
- Provide expert advice on e-commerce and financial services.
- Review e-commerce project applications and activate required services.
- Verify new client identities and manage registration in the system.
- Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT to optimize routine daily tasks.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Lithuanian, English, and Russian.
- Excellent computer skills and fast typing speed.
- Strong communication skills, attentiveness, and thoroughness.
- Proven experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) in a professional context.
- Experience in customer service is an advantage.
