What you will do

• Lead and manage overall operational performance of wind farms to ensure availability and contractual compliance.
• Take full ownership of health, safety, and environmental performance, driving a strong safety culture.
• Manage and develop on-site teams to ensure high performance and capability growth.
• Oversee maintenance activities and asset performance to maximize energy production.
• Act as the primary interface with clients and stakeholders to ensure transparency and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal departments including Engineering, Grid, and Supply Chain to solve operational challenges.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or a relevant technical field.
• 5–10+ years of experience in operations or maintenance within wind energy or renewable projects.
• Solid knowledge of WHS and safety management in Australia.
• Proven experience managing remote sites and field teams.
• Experience managing KPIs, service contracts, and client relationships.
• Proficiency with SCADA systems and operational data analysis.
