What you will do

• Plan and execute industrial automation projects, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
• Coordinate project technicians, material resources, and human resources across departments.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the company.
• Monitor project revenues, costs, and timelines to ensure financial targets are achieved.
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements to project procedures.
• Manage project risks and coordinate responses to unforeseen events.

Requirements

• Minimum 5-10 years of experience as a project manager in capital goods manufacturing or large-scale projects.
• University degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• English: C1 level required for international communication.
• German: Intermediate/conversational level is a must for stakeholder interaction.
• Proficiency in project planning tools such as Primavera or MSP.

Nice to have

• Professional certification in PMP or similar project management methodologies.
