What you will do

• Build and maintain the rules and logic driving automated customer decisions.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Credit, and Business Operations teams to implement platform changes.
• Monitor decisioning performance and flag anomalies.
• Investigate and resolve issues when decisions do not behave as expected.
• Contribute to process improvements based on data analysis and observations.
• Work with wider engineering and IT teams on data-related projects.

Requirements

• Experience with decision engines or rules-based platforms, ideally in fintech.
• Comfort working with data, including SQL proficiency.
• Exposure to Python is highly desirable.
• Methodical approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be based in the UK (Remote, Cardiff, or London).
