What you will do

• Lead and deliver high-impact digital transformation projects on the shopfloor from concept to global rollout.
• Identify manufacturing performance improvements and translate them into scalable digital solutions.
• Prototype, test, validate, and industrialize innovative solutions across the global production network.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and define pilot initiatives with strong business cases for investment.
• Leverage AI-supported development approaches to accelerate innovation and operationalize successful concepts.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure transparency and execution.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven track record of delivering digitalization projects end-to-end in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on commissioning experience and solid understanding of shopfloor operations.
• Practical coding experience with Python, APIs, and IIoT.
• English: Fluent (C1) required.
