What you will do

• Manage daily site operations from setup to project completion.
• Ensure strict compliance with QHSE standards and construction site regulations.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams for timely execution.
• Oversee productivity, resource allocation, and quality of work on-site.
• Manage customer relationships at site level and align expectations with the Project Manager.
• Report site progress according to governance guidelines and maintain project documentation.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Environmental, etc.) or 5-7 years of professional experience in the wind industry.
• Fluent English (C1) and German (B2+) proficiency required.
• Must be willing to travel and work flexibly on-site across Germany according to project requirements.
• Experience with SAP, BIC, Upvise, ServiceNow, Windchill, or Team Center.
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to act as a role model.
• Critical thinking and sound decision-making capabilities.
