What you will do

• Create and maintain work plans and instructions considering technical and economic aspects.
• Plan cost-effective production equipment and support the procurement of quotations and approvals.
• Support new product launches and series production, solving technical challenges in collaboration with the project organization.
• Identify and implement process optimizations, including ergonomic and efficient workplace design.
• Evaluate and implement improvement suggestions to increase overall productivity and quality.

Requirements

• Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Technology, or a similar field.
• Professional experience in the metalworking industry, ideally in mechanical processing.
• Solid knowledge of Lean Production principles.
• Proficiency in SAP (module PP) and experience with PLM systems.
• Fluent German and good written and spoken English required.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Heinsdorfergrund, Germany.
