What you will do

  • Lead strategic planning, forecasting, and business performance management for the Ads & Promotions organization.
  • Build sophisticated financial and operational models to support pricing strategy and long-term growth planning.
  • Develop and maintain scalable dashboards and KPI monitoring tools using SQL and BI platforms like Looker or Power BI.
  • Partner with Product, Sales, and Accounting teams to identify growth opportunities and operational efficiencies.
  • Perform analytical deep-dives into customer behavior, monetization trends, and operational performance.
  • Implement scalable processes and automation to support a rapidly growing business environment.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in strategy, finance, business analytics, consulting, or FP&A.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, Engineering, or Mathematics.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Looker or Power BI.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in online advertising, retail media, or marketplace technology businesses is a strong plus.
