What you will do
- Lead cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote operational efficiency and excellence across all business units.
- Conduct root cause analysis and data-driven assessments to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Partner with leadership to establish KPIs, performance metrics, and process dashboards.
- Facilitate workshops, training, and coaching to develop Lean and Six Sigma capabilities within teams.
- Drive the kaizen process, including funnel development, prioritization, and execution to achieve targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, and/or logistics.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience applying continuous/process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
- Strong project management and change management skills.
- Proficiency in Power BI or similar analytical and reporting software.
- Ability to work and execute across boundaries and matrices within cross-functional teams.
Nice to have
- Master's degree in a related field.
- Lean Six Sigma certification.
- Certification as a Practitioner (CP) or Advanced Certified Practitioner (ACP) in VSM, TPI, PSP, Daily Management, or TPM.
