What you will do

• Lead cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies.
• Develop and implement strategies to promote operational efficiency and excellence across all business units.
• Conduct root cause analysis and data-driven assessments to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Partner with leadership to establish KPIs, performance metrics, and process dashboards.
• Facilitate workshops, training, and coaching to develop Lean and Six Sigma capabilities within teams.
• Drive the kaizen process, including funnel development, prioritization, and execution to achieve targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, and/or logistics.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience applying continuous/process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
• Strong project management and change management skills.
• Proficiency in Power BI or similar analytical and reporting software.
• Ability to work and execute across boundaries and matrices within cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in a related field.
• Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Certification as a Practitioner (CP) or Advanced Certified Practitioner (ACP) in VSM, TPI, PSP, Daily Management, or TPM.
