What you will do

• Coordinate between engineering and business teams to keep priorities clear and tasks organized.
• Maintain structured and up-to-date project documentation, plans, and progress reports.
• Manage workflows, track deadlines, and follow up on tasks using Jira and Asana.
• Ensure that managed projects are aligned with departmental and company OKRs.
• Build strong working relationships across teams, translating between different perspectives to maintain alignment.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a tech company in roles such as project coordination, business analysis, marketing, or sales.
• English: C1 level required for writing and maintaining documentation.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Asana.
• Problem-solving attitude and strong prioritization skills.
• General understanding of how technology companies operate.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with web technologies (HTTP, JavaScript, cookies, databases).
• Polish language proficiency.
• Analytical skills and the ability to interpret data.
