TL;DR
Director, Provider Product Marketing (Marketplace): Building and driving consistent go-to-market strategies for supply-side initiatives with an accent on provider communications, policy frameworks, and value proposition alignment. Focus on architecting repeatable GTM frameworks, scaling communication infrastructure, and leading cross-functional teams to improve provider satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Location: Must be based in Barcelona or willing to relocate. This is a hybrid role requiring on-site presence in the Barcelona office at least two days per week (Mondays and Thursdays).

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end global positioning, messaging, and channel strategy for provider product roadmaps.
- Architect and implement structured, repeatable go-to-market frameworks for supply-side initiatives.
- Develop a unified provider communications strategy, including voice, segmentation, and governance.
- Lead and mentor a team of GTM, communications, and community leaders based in Barcelona.
- Partner with Product, Data Science, and International teams to ensure cohesive execution of provider policies.
- Define and measure success metrics for provider satisfaction, sentiment, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product marketing, B2C GTM, product management, or consulting in marketplace/platform contexts.
- 5+ years of people management experience, including leading managers or cross-functional groups.
- English proficiency: C2 level required for daily stakeholder communication.
- Ability to work across Europe (Central Time) and US (Pacific Time) time zones.
- Analytical rigor with experience using tools like Mode and Excel to model and measure impact.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Barcelona for hybrid office attendance.
Nice to have
- Experience in online marketplaces with a significant supply side (gig economy, mobility, creator platforms).
- Demonstrated track record of building supply-side frameworks at scale.
- Experience designing trust, policy, or enforcement frameworks for independent providers.
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Economics.
