Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: Remote (United States). Travel up to 15% required for on-sites.

What you will do

• Own the product roadmap for core search and results experience, including vehicle lookup, filters, and product details.
• Lead search UX and frontend delivery in partnership with design and engineering teams.
• Design and manage A/B experiments to improve conversion rates, GMV lift, and user satisfaction.
• Drive search indexing, ranking, and recommendation engine optimizations with Data Science and Applied AI teams.
• Manage supplier-facing merchandising tools, including featured information and brand preferences.
• Perform customer discovery and quantitative analysis to identify opportunities and prioritize the product backlog.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 5+ years of experience in search product management within B2B marketplaces or e-commerce.
• Direct experience shipping search products with accountability for conversion and GMV metrics.
• Hands-on experience with search backend systems (e.g., OpenSearch, Elasticsearch).
• Proven track record of collaborating with AI/ML and Data Science teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, STEM, or a related analytical field.

Nice to have

• Background in automotive e-commerce or B2B parts supply chain.
• Familiarity with Product Information Management (PIM) systems.
• Experience with complex marketplace catalogs and multi-supplier normalization.
• Knowledge of AI products and ML concepts.
