What you will do

• Design and develop agentic AI solutions using deep learning and modern AI techniques.
• Research and apply emerging technologies to adapt to market needs and trends.
• Prototype advanced technical demos and translate research into scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical direction with business goals.
• Present research outcomes at industry events and conferences.
• Consult internal and external stakeholders on AI technology and strategic design.

Requirements

• Must be based in Poland.
• Strong experience in generative or agentic AI and deep learning model development.
• Proficiency in Python, C++, or Java/Kotlin.
• Practical experience with LLMs, VLMs, and frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or RAG.
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
• English: Upper-intermediate (B2) or higher required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of advanced prompting techniques like Chain-of-Thought or Tree-of-Thought.
• Experience with backend frameworks like FastAPI and building scalable APIs.
