Salary: 171,800 - 256,800 PLN annually

What you will do

• Collaborate with AI researchers to implement real-time speech recognition and NLP capabilities.
• Develop scalable backend infrastructure for Voice AI serving thousands of customers.
• Solve complex distributed systems problems focusing on reliability, latency, and performance.
• Optimize real-time audio processing, speech analysis, and model-serving infrastructure.
• Design and improve audio ingestion for both cloud and on-premise channels.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of professional backend engineering experience.
• Strong fundamentals in network protocols (HTTP/1.1) and distributed systems.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, Python, Go, or similar backend languages.
• Experience with Redis and a preference for strong type systems.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Krakow office at least 2 days per week.
