• Facilitate communication between creative directors, editors, designers, and clients.
• Coordinate video review and feedback cycles using Frame.io.
• Maintain organized Google Drive folder structures and creative asset libraries.
• Lead daily stand-up meetings to ensure project visibility across teams.
• Support time-sensitive launches tied to major product announcements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of production coordination or project management experience.
• Advanced ClickUp proficiency (power-user level).
• Extensive experience with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive).
• Background in creative, social media, or content production agencies.
• Experience working with film crews, media, or studios.
• Ability to work US Pacific Time (11:00 am to 8:00 pm)
