Intern - Human Recources (Software)

TL;DR

Intern - Human Recources (HR/L&D): Supporting HR, Learning & Development, and Recruitment projects to improve the employee experience within an international organization with an accent on project-based assignments and process improvement. Focus on executing the HR project roadmap, coordinating between stakeholders, and enhancing organizational growth.

Location: Hybrid (Groningen, Rotterdam). Must be available to work from the office at least 3 days per week

What you will do

• Support HR, L&D, and Recruitment projects and initiatives.
• Execute the HR project roadmap for Q4 2026 and Q1 2027.
• Collaborate with different departments to improve employee experience initiatives.
• Gather input, brainstorm ideas, and contribute to project improvements.
• Take ownership of assigned projects from idea generation to execution.

Requirements

• Enrolled at a Dutch university or university of applied sciences (HBO/WO) studying HRM, Strategic Innovation Management, International Business, or a related field.
• Available for 32–40 hours per week starting September/October 2026 (duration 5–6 months).
• Available to work from the office at least 3 days per week.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong communication, social skills, and a proactive, hands-on approach.
