Senior Scientist in AI & Big Data Center

Location: Remote in Malaysia or onsite in Nanjing, China

What you will do

• Lead and deliver bioinformatics projects.
• Develop web-based and standalone tools for synthetic biology, protein engineering, and antibody engineering.
• Develop algorithms that help customers solve technical barriers.
• Mine and analyze synthesis-related data, including through deep learning.

Requirements

• PhD in bioinformatics or deep learning.
• At least three years of experience in algorithm or model development.
• Knowledge of molecular biology or protein science.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++.
• Proficiency in PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Strong communication, teamwork, self-motivation, and sense of responsibility.

Nice to have

• Experience with natural language processing and large language models.
• Experience with pre-trained language models and generative AI.
• Experience developing algorithms, software, and pipelines.
