What you will do

• Design and optimize foundational and applied research to power state-of-the-art AI algorithms and model capabilities.
• Develop comprehensive multi-modal solutions integrating text, audio, and visual data for nuanced human-machine interaction.
• Collaborate with researchers and engineers to ensure AI implementations are optimized for efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
• Integrate new algorithms into product offerings and conduct proofs of concept (POC) based on client requirements.
• Identify and propose AI techniques to improve operational efficiency for corporate customers.
• Provide technical pre-sales and post-sales support to the business development team.

Requirements

• M.Sc. or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an AI-related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in developing AI algorithms across various modalities.
• Proven track record of high-level research, evidenced by publications in peer-reviewed journals or product-driven R&D.
• Location: Must be based in Abu Dhabi, UAE for a hybrid work arrangement.

Nice to have

• Specialization in Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing, or Speech and Audio.
