What you will do

• Design, analyze, and optimize foundational and applied AI algorithms and deep-learning models.
• Develop multimodal solutions that process text, audio, and visual data for semantic understanding and human-machine interaction.
• Collaborate with researchers, engineers, and product teams to improve algorithm efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
• Integrate algorithms and models into products and conduct proofs of concept based on client needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer business efficiency and support business development with pre-sales and post-sales technical expertise.

Requirements

• M.Sc. or Ph.D. in computer science, engineering, AI, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of experience developing AI algorithms across multiple modalities.
• Demonstrated high-level research experience, preferably supported by peer-reviewed publications or product-driven research and development.
• Strong knowledge of current AI and machine learning developments.
• Excellent communication skills and a curious, inquisitive approach to problem-solving.

Nice to have

• Specialization in computer vision, natural language processing, or speech and audio.
