What you will do

• Develop, lead, and execute local, regional, and national componentry sourcing plans.
• Provide expert advice and conduct country market analysis on competitive dynamics and legal threats.
• Manage regional procurement and sourcing activities for Global Components.
• Identify strategic and ethical vendors and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Collaborate with Category Managers and key regional stakeholders to align sourcing strategies.

Requirements

• Experience in global strategic sourcing, category management, or procurement within a Multinational Enterprise (MNE).
• Proven background working in a heavy engineering or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lead moderate to complex negotiations and develop fact-based business cases.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, P2P, B2B, and SaaS programs such as Jaggaer.
• Postgraduate qualification in International Commerce, Business, or a related discipline.
