Philips is looking for a Talent Scout to help identify, assess, and engage senior leadership talent for critical business priorities and future succession pipelines. This strategic role combines executive search, leadership assessment, talent intelligence, and succession planning to support long-term organizational growth.
What you’ll do:
— identify, engage, and assess high-caliber leadership talent for critical and future-focused roles
— build and maintain strategic leadership talent pipelines across key capability areas
— apply structured assessment methodologies to evaluate leadership potential, readiness, mobility, and development trajectory
— translate talent insights into recommendations for succession planning, internal mobility, and leadership development
— map external talent markets and provide intelligence on future leadership opportunities
— contribute to identifying future executive and ExCo talent across the organization
— partner with senior stakeholders on sensitive talent and succession priorities
What they’re looking for:
— 5+ years of experience in executive search, strategic recruiting, leadership assessment, talent management, succession planning, or a related advisory environment
— strong experience evaluating leadership potential and readiness through structured assessment approaches
— ability to build relationships with senior and executive-level talent
— expertise in talent mapping, market intelligence, and leadership pipeline development
— strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
— experience working in complex, global organizations
