Salary: $102,400 – $153,200 per year

What you will do

• Provision new environments and upgrade infrastructure components and product applications.
• Troubleshoot customer environment issues and conduct thorough root cause analysis.
• Create and maintain operational runbooks and standard operating procedures for daily tasks.
• Identify automation opportunities and write scripts in Bash or Python to reduce operational toil.
• Manage and execute the deployment of system updates, patches, and hotfixes.
• Participate in pre-release product enhancement testing in collaboration with Engineering.

Requirements

• US Citizenship is strictly required due to FedRamp compliance.
• 5+ years of experience installing, configuring, and tuning Java applications and Apache Tomcat servers.
• 5+ years of enterprise-scale Linux Administration.
• Hands-on operational experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure administration, including backups, recovery, and observability.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent field.

Nice to have

• Experience with microservices architecture and Kubernetes.
• Basic network troubleshooting skills (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN).
• AWS/GCP or Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) certifications.
