What you will do

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers to address and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Drive support cases to timely resolution using deep knowledge of Pega products and underlying architecture.
  • Perform advanced technical analysis, including memory management and heap-dump analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure quality clarification and issue resolution.
  • Utilize AI-enabled tools to enhance engineering efficiency and support better decision-making.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in technical roles with Java, J2EE, and database programming.
  • Strong expertise in Core Java, JSP, Servlets, JDBC, and OOPS concepts.
  • Proficiency in multithreading, exception handling, and file systems.
  • Ready to work in rotational shifts (morning and afternoon).
  • Proven customer-facing skills with the ability to manage expectations and communicate effectively under pressure.

Nice to have

  • Experience with J2EE Application Servers such as Websphere, Weblogic, or Tomcat.
  • Experience with relational databases like Oracle, DB2, or UDB.
  • Familiarity with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and performance tuning tools.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and debugging.
