What you will do

• Build and maintain internal developer tools and platforms to improve engineering productivity.
• Integrate AI agents and LLMs into daily workflows to automate repetitive operational tasks.
• Develop and manage service health dashboards and pipeline governance systems.
• Collaborate with firmware, cloud, and mobile engineering teams across the Ring, Blink, Key, and Sidewalk ecosystem.
• Drive operational excellence by identifying and eliminating technical toil through automation.

Requirements

• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language.
• Solid understanding of software design principles and distributed systems.
• Experience building internal tools, platforms, or infrastructure for engineering teams.
• Proven ability to work in agile, fast-paced environments.
• Must be based in or able to work from Gdansk, Poland.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, or agentic workflows.
• Experience with AWS services such as Bedrock or SageMaker.
• Track record of driving platform adoption across engineering teams.
