• Lead scope definition, requirements analysis, functional and technical design, and application build for Pega solutions.
• Design, develop, and implement next-generation customer-centric solutions.
• Partner with global clients to deliver high-quality technical solutions across all SDLC phases.
• Provide technical governance and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the organization.
• Collaborate with high-performing delivery teams to ensure solutions exceed client expectations.

Requirements

• Pega CLSA Certification is mandatory.
• Proven experience in building and implementing model-driven, enterprise-level business solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented techniques and principles.
• Experience with Application Servers, relational/non-relational databases, and integration techniques.
• Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to work within the 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM IST time zone.
