What you will do

  • Architect and design business applications using Pega PRPC and other Pega frameworks.
  • Provide architecture and designs to project teams developing BPM/BRE solutions.
  • Handle cross-functional development and integration projects across business and technical dimensions.
  • Develop and demonstrate deep knowledge of PRPC architecture, design, and implementation features.
  • Work with Program Manager to size, manage scope, and mitigate risks.
  • Ensure delivered solutions match customer requirements and drive business success.
  • Participate in developing additional consulting opportunities with customers.

Requirements

  • Based in Mexico
  • 1+ years experience building and implementing model-driven, enterprise-level business solutions.
  • Experience creating Pega workflows, rules, classes, templates, streams, data pages, activities, and UIs in PRPC.
  • Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience in software industry, working with enterprise clients, and insurance/finance domains.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of object-oriented techniques and principles.
  • Exposure to technologies like WebSphere/WebLogic, J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML, Java), .Net, Oracle, DB2, MS SQL.
  • Hands-on experience delivering functional, robust, scalable system architectures and partnering with clients on requirements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
  • System Architect (PCSA) certification.

Nice to have

  • Decisioning Consultant (PCDC) certification.
  • Marketing Consultant (PCMC) certification.
  • Experience providing technical training and user support.
