What you will do

• Define and scale quality strategies across cloud infrastructure services, influencing early design and release readiness.
• Design and build AI-first test solutions for complex integration and end-to-end challenges (approximately 50% hands-on engineering).
• Mentor engineers and introduce modern AI-assisted testing frameworks and reusable tooling.
• Lead cross-team initiatives to improve the delivery and reliability of cloud services at scale.
• Partner with architects and product managers to navigate trade-offs and identify risks for enterprise customers.

Requirements

• 10+ years of development or testing experience, preferably within a SaaS company.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven expertise in AI-assisted quality with a passion for utilizing AI to improve processes.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or similar cloud technologies.
• Proficiency in multiple testing technologies and frameworks.
• Must be based in or eligible to work in Poland.
