What you will do

• Design and execute end-to-end testing for data migration and ETL validation initiatives.
• Perform source-to-target reconciliation to ensure data completeness and transformation consistency.
• Build and maintain automated regression test suites using Python and QMetry.
• Validate data quality across Medallion Architecture layers (Bronze, Silver, Gold).
• Collaborate with data engineers and BI teams to verify Power BI report parity.
• Prepare test evidence, UAT documentation, and participate in risk assessment reviews.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software testing, specifically in enterprise data or migration projects.
• Strong expertise in ETL/pipeline validation and source-to-target reconciliation.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks and cloud-based data environments (AWS preferred).
• Proficiency in building automated test frameworks using Python.
• Experience with test management tools like QMetry and BI reporting validation (Power BI).
• Must be based in Poland with strong English communication skills.
