What you will do

• Own and implement the end-to-end QA automation strategy for complex data and AI/NLP workflows.
• Build and scale robust automation frameworks using Python and pytest.
• Integrate automated tests into Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines to accelerate development.
• Promote shift-left testing through early collaboration with developers to ensure quality.
• Create and maintain well-structured test plans, cases, and comprehensive documentation.
• Track QA effectiveness using automation metrics and test coverage reports.

Requirements

• 5+ years of QA automation experience in data-intensive environments.
• Strong Python skills for building and scaling automation frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Azure services and Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Proven background in API testing and CI/CD integration.
• Knowledge of containerized test environments using Docker.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) level required.
• Location: Must be based in Poland or Brazil.

Nice to have

• Experience in AI/NLP testing.
• Experience with Deepeval.
