• Produce high-performing 15–60s short-form video ads for paid social media.
• Utilize advanced AI tools like Runway, Kling, and Sora to create scalable, high-impact content.
• Design ads with strong hooks, pacing, and sound design to maximize viewer retention.
• Manage and mentor a growing team of video editors, providing creative direction and feedback.
• Analyze performance data to test, iterate, and refine creative strategies.
• Integrate products into AI-generated environments for realistic ad experiences.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 3+ years of experience in short-form performance ads for DTC or eCommerce.
• 1+ year of experience managing or mentoring creative teams.
• Hands-on proficiency with AI video tools (Runway, Kling, Sora, etc.).
• Advanced editing skills in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or After Effects.
• Deep understanding of viral hooks and performance-driven advertising strategies.
