What you will do

• Create and edit high-performing short-form video ads for platforms such as TikTok, Meta, and YouTube Shorts.
• Develop strong narrative structures with compelling hooks and effective calls to action.
• Collaborate with creative strategists and performance teams to test, iterate, and optimize content rapidly.
• Own the end-to-end editing process within fast-paced production cycles.
• Apply motion graphics, pacing, and sound design techniques to enhance engagement and retention.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in video editing for social media or performance advertising.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and working knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
• Must be based in Brazil.
• English proficiency for working in remote, global, and asynchronous teams.
• Availability to work aligned with PST hours (9am–6pm).
• Willingness to complete a technical editing assessment.

Nice to have
