What you will do

• Design short, high-impact videos for paid acquisition on Meta, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to generate and iterate ideas for enhanced message clarity and visual impact.
• Conduct retrospective analyses of ad performance to refine creative approaches.
• Integrate AI tools such as Runway, Pika, Luma, Midjourney, and ElevenLabs into the daily production workflow.
• Analyze competitor ads and social trends to stay ahead of global creative patterns.
• Experiment with new tools and effects to improve production efficiency.

Requirements

• 1+ year of professional experience in a similar video editing role.
• Strong expertise in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Proven experience using AI tools for creative production (image/video generation, voiceover, animation).
• Solid understanding of composition, typography, and pacing.
• Basic knowledge of performance marketing and proficiency in Figma.
• Must be based in Poland, Armenia, Georgia, Serbia, Kazakhstan, Portugal, Spain, or Europe

• Ability to identify emerging content formats and cultural hooks before they peak.
• Experience with creative performance metrics and a data-informed approach to iteration.
