Location: Hybrid (Krakow, Poland) - minimum 2 days per week from the office

Salary: 288,600 - 439,800 PLN annually

What you will do

• Define, architect, and deliver new software product features in collaboration with product management.
• Design secure, enterprise-grade GenAI and agentic AI architectures, including prompt security and policy-driven governance.
• Develop high-level architectural specifications and create working prototypes of cutting-edge features.
• Model threats using MITRE ATT&CK to identify architectural gaps and design resilient cloud defenses.
• Translate regulatory requirements (ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA) into concrete, auditable security controls.
• Lead technical reviews and communicate project risks and alternative approaches to leadership.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of work experience, with 4+ years specifically in a software or security Architect role.
• Practical experience in application and IT security within cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
• Knowledge of security testing approaches including SAST, DAST, IAST, and penetration testing.
• Experience with identity and access management (MFA, SSO, SAML, IdP).
• Understanding of AI security frameworks such as OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Krakow office at least 2 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with tools like Trend, Tenable, Mend, Veracode, SD Elements, Sailpoint, or Okta.
• Experience managing or delivering products to large-scale enterprises.
