What you will do

• Define and evolve the React-based frontend architecture for scalable and maintainable applications.
• Contribute directly to the codebase through hands-on development and architectural validation.
• Ensure strong alignment between frontend, backend, and platform architecture.
• Guide and mentor developers by setting standards and best practices.
• Improve developer experience, testing, and deployment practices.
• Collaborate with engineers, product, and platform teams to drive cohesive solutions.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in React (comprising 70–80% of the role).
• Solid experience with .NET and backend integration (comprising 20–30% of the role).
• Proven experience in defining and implementing frontend architecture.
• Strong understanding of API design, data flows, and frontend/backend interaction.
• Must be based in Poland.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with event-driven or real-time systems.
• Exposure to logistics, automation, or AGVs.
• Experience with CI/CD, test automation, and production readiness.
• Facilitation skills and experience aligning cross-functional teams.
