What you will do

• Analyze and assess existing Camunda-based workflow orchestration implementations.
• Ensure alignment with Camunda 8 best practices and architecture guidelines.
• Evaluate process modeling, including BPMN usage and orchestration patterns.
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and risks in current system setups.
• Provide recommendations for improving process design, scalability, and performance.
• Optimize reliability, error handling, and system maintainability.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in Camunda 8 (preferably 8.8 or later).
• Strong experience in business process orchestration (BPMN).
• Hands-on experience with containerized environments and Kubernetes (preferably Mirantis).
• Proficiency with Helm charts and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with ElasticSearch and conducting architecture reviews.
• Must be based in Poland and able to work from the office 2-3 times per week.

Nice to have

• Development experience in Java and/or Kotlin.
• Understanding of microservices architecture.
• Experience in insurance or similar regulated domains.
