What you will do

• Partner with Japanese and regional clients to deliver high-quality technical solutions across all phases of the SDLC.
• Design and demonstrate innovative, scalable software solutions tailored to the needs of Japan-based enterprises.
• Mentor and train clients in Pega technology to build their internal capability and confidence.
• Provide thought leadership on industry trends and Pega Best Practices within the Japanese business environment.
• Collaborate with high-performing delivery teams to ensure solutions meet high standards and client expectations.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of software development experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Excellent language ability in both English and Japanese is required.
• Solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Proficiency in J2EE (Java, JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML), .Net, and databases (Oracle, DB2, MS/SQL).
• Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented techniques and principles.
