What you will do

• Partner with Japanese and regional clients to deliver high-quality technical solutions across all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Design and demonstrate innovative, scalable software solutions tailored to Japan-based enterprises.
• Mentor and train clients in Pega technology to build their internal capability and platform confidence.
• Provide thought leadership on industry trends and Pega Best Practices within the Japanese business environment.
• Collaborate with a high-performing delivery team to ensure solutions meet client expectations and quality standards.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of software development experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Experience with J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML, Java), .Net, Oracle, DB2, or MS/SQL.
• Strong proficiency in Object-Oriented techniques and principles.
• Fluent professional proficiency in both English and Japanese.
