What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of live games and markets to ensure rapid and accurate resulting.
• Monitor automatic data feeds and resolve inaccuracies or downtime issues using quick thinking.
• Provide clear and transparent information to internal stakeholders, including Customer Service and Trading teams.
• Maintain strict compliance with applicable legislation and Gambling Commission requirements.
• Resolve critical errors during live game situations to ensure customers can reinvest funds promptly.
• Identify and implement improvements in standard operating processes to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Must be based in Las Vegas, NV (Office-based role)
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must be able to obtain and maintain required gaming licenses
• Working knowledge of the sports betting industry and a passion for sports.
• Availability to work shifts between 7am – 11pm, Monday to Sunday, including Bank Holidays.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
