What you will do

• Partner with Sales during the pre-sales cycle to lead discovery, scope solutions, and manage technical conversations with stakeholders.
• Run product demonstrations, execute proofs of concept, and contribute to RFP responses.
• Provide consultative guidance on mobile attribution best practices, measurement strategy, and data architecture for large LATAM accounts.
• Own technical onboarding by guiding engineering teams through SDK integration, event configuration, and validation.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to advocate for client needs and influence the product roadmap.
• Represent the company at industry events, meetups, and conferences across the region.

Requirements

• 3+ years in a client-facing technical role supporting enterprise sales or implementations.
• Full English proficiency and Brazilian Portuguese language skills.
• Experience with data-driven systems, SaaS, and mobile marketing or advertising technologies.
• Familiarity with mobile app ecosystems (iOS and/or Android) and app instrumentation.
• Must be based in São Paulo, Brazil.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.

Nice to have

• Technical degree or engineering background.
• Hands-on experience with mobile SDKs or mobile measurement platforms.
• Knowledge of attribution concepts such as SKAdNetwork, deep linking, and re-engagement.
• Fluency in Spanish.
