What you will do

• Build and iterate on hirify.global Cloud products and product-led-growth (PLG) levers, including onboarding flows and expansion paths.
• Identify and resolve friction in the user journey by instrumenting flows and tracking metrics like activation, engagement, and retention.
• Collaborate directly with users to build empathy for the developer experience and surface non-data insights.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Design, Growth, Web, and Documentation teams to run experiments.
• Contribute to frontend and backend systems, performing code reviews and ensuring production stability.
• Own the full development loop: instrument, ship, measure, and iterate.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of engineering experience (full-stack or frontend-leaning).
• Strong frontend skills in React, TypeScript, and Next.js.
• Ability to work across the stack, specifically with Golang on the backend.
• Proficiency in CI/CD practices for continuously deployed applications.
• Solid engineering fundamentals and a track record of shipping production-quality code.
• Availability to work within GMT/CET time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience with product-led growth initiatives (activation funnels, experimentation).
• Experience instrumenting applications (analytics, event tracking, funnels).
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases, including Postgres and MongoDB.
