What you will do

• Drive product ownership by identifying customer problems and co-shaping the roadmap with design partners.
• Ship features rapidly using AI-native tools like Claude Code and Cursor to compress development cycles.
• Analyze usage data and engage directly with customers to inform technical and product decisions.
• Define and own user-facing metrics to ensure features move the needle for the business.
• Architect systems and engineering processes that enable both agents and engineers to ship quickly.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Support, and C-suite leadership.

Requirements

• Typically 8+ years of experience in software engineering with deep feature ownership.
• Proven track record of independently scoping features and moving key product metrics.
• AI-native operating style with fluency in Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent tools.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, React, Node, and PostgreSQL.
• Strong design taste with the ability to ship clean, on-brand UI independently.
• High technical judgment and experience leading multi-team technical initiatives.

Nice to have

• Prior B2B SaaS experience, particularly in customer success or sales operations.
• Experience as a founder or lead engineer at an early-stage company.
• Previous experience in an established Product Engineer role (e.g., at Linear, Replit, or Intercom).
• Comfort with commercial decisions including pricing and packaging.
