What you will do

• Design and implement scalable, secure AWS architectures based on client requirements.
• Assess current-state environments and propose effective cloud migration strategies.
• Lead implementation of AWS services including compute, networking, storage, IAM, databases, and serverless.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into actionable guidance.
• Mentor team members and contribute to internal learning initiatives and reusable assets.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture and implementation.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, VPC, CloudFormation).
• AWS Professional certifications (Solutions Architect Professional or DevOps Engineer Professional).
• Experience with Terraform or Python for automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Understanding of security frameworks and compliance requirements such as HIPAA or GDPR.
