What you will do

• Provide remote technical support and troubleshooting for roadside monitoring devices to ensure peak efficiency.
• Ensure network uptime and perform site monitoring for government client infrastructures.
• Manage the full lifecycle of trouble tickets, from driving and following up to final closure.
• Review red-light camera images and video to verify equipment functionality and capture quality.
• Collaborate with the VCC Support team in a 24/7/365 operational environment, including daily stand-ups and backlog sessions.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation and databases.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor’s/Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or 2 years of experience in operations and remote troubleshooting.
• Demonstrated knowledge of computing, network, and remote system troubleshooting.
• Ability to work all shifts in a 24/7/365 environment, including rotating on-call coverage
• Successful completion of the Nlets fingerprinting background assessment.

Nice to have

• Agile Scrum Certification (Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Scrum Fundamentals).
• Experience with scripting or programming languages such as PowerShell, Visual Basic, or Python.
• Advanced skill with Microsoft Suite, including Power BI Pro and Visio.
