Compensation: $290,000 – $350,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Build and ship AI-driven features across the full stack using React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python.
• Set the unified technical direction and architectural standards for the entire engineering team.
• Collaborate directly with customers to validate features and solve real-world sales challenges.
• Mentor senior engineers and lead high-impact design reviews to raise the technical bar.
• Define success metrics and iterate on product features to drive revenue and user adoption.

Requirements

• 8+ years of engineering experience, including roles as a tech lead, founder, or domain expert.
• Production experience with AI features, including debugging agents and building evaluation frameworks.
• Strong architectural vision for human-agent collaboration.
• Comfortable engaging directly with customers to validate product features.
• Must be based in San Francisco and available for in-office work 3+ days per week.
