Salary: $215K – $300K + Equity

What you will do

• Build infrastructure to increase velocity for all product teams, including data models, APIs, and CI/CD.
• Ensure system capacity, reliability, and cost-efficiency as the company expands to a multi-product offering.
• Make foundational technical decisions regarding the data access layer for queries across calls, prospects, and accounts.
• Develop standards for infrastructure cost attribution across different product teams.
• Mentor other engineers through code reviews, design reviews, and pairing on the most complex technical problems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering experience with deep expertise in distributed systems, databases, or developer infrastructure.
• Proven production experience scaling systems through significant growth (10x to 100x).
• Strong philosophy regarding high-quality developer experience within fast-moving product teams.
• Comfortable acting as the primary point of contact during system incidents.
• Must be based in San Francisco and excited to be in-office 3+ days per week.
