What you will do

• Lead end-to-end deployment into customer environments including planning, configuration, and rollout.
• Partner with enterprise IT and security teams to design tailored deployment strategies based on their constraints.
• Deploy in-house ML models onto customer-controlled infrastructure.
• Build monitoring and telemetry patterns for visibility in customer environments without compromising security.
• Debug customer-specific infrastructure issues, such as K8s misconfigurations and cloud IAM edge cases.
• Codify repeatable deployment patterns and automation to scale onboarding across multiple customers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience operating production infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Python or similar languages.
• Exceptional skills in Kubernetes, networking, and storage technologies.
• Ability to communicate technical solutions effectively to external platform teams.
• Experience owning complex customer infrastructure problems end-to-end.

Nice to have

• Experience deploying software into regulated environments (financial services, healthcare, legal, insurance).
• Familiarity with Replicated/KOTS, Helm, or similar enterprise distribution tooling.
• Experience with GPU infrastructure and AI/ML workload deployment patterns.
• Prior experience at an early-stage, high-growth company as a founder or early hire.
