What you will do

• Own the end-to-end technical integration experience for customers, from scoping to post-launch authority.
• Scope and design complex data models and source mappings for new customers.
• Resolve Tier 2 integration escalations across NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Workday, and API-based sources.
• Partner with Sales Consultants to validate integration complexity for strategic deals.
• Build and maintain integration playbooks and internal knowledge bases.
• Mentor and coach a Junior Integration Specialist as the function grows.

Requirements

• 5-8 years in a technical customer-facing role (Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, or similar), ideally at an EPM/CPM/FP&A vendor.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major source system: NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Workday Financials, Oracle/Hyperion, or SAP.
• Solid FP&A domain understanding, including knowledge of close, budget, forecast, and reporting.
• Strong communication skills to translate requirements between finance, IT, and engineering teams.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Barcelona, Spain.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in SQL, REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and CSV-based data workflows.
• Experience with the modern data stack (dbt, Snowflake, BigQuery).
• Python scripting skills.
• Background at a Big 4 firm or specialist EPM implementation partner.
