What you will do

• Lead discovery workshops to define client objectives, system constraints, and data flows.
• Architect target-state solutions for CRM, CDP, and marketing automation platforms.
• Produce technical artifacts including architecture diagrams, data schemas, and implementation roadmaps.
• Guide end-to-end implementation, partnering with project management to ensure delivery alignment.
• Design integration patterns across the MarTech stack, including analytics, attribution, and enrichment tools.
• Support ETL and reverse ETL patterns to activate data into downstream destinations.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Braze and Iterable.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of experience integrating third-party tools and developing ETL solutions.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with a CDP such as Mixpanel, Segment, or mParticle.
• 2+ years of experience working directly with clients or key stakeholders.
• Experience with APIs and at least one of: Mobile SDKs, HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.

Nice to have

• Experience with reverse ETL tools like Hightouch or Census.
• Proficiency with JSON and SQL data modeling.
• Experience with serverless patterns and scripting languages.
• Platform experience with Shopify or Magento.
• Ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
