What you will do
- Enable client stakeholders on the platform and conduct ongoing training.
- Lead high-impact monthly and quarterly business reviews with client executives.
- Drive client advocacy through reference calls and case studies.
- Identify and collaborate on upsell opportunities with the Sales team.
- Own retention and renewal processes for the Japan-based book of business.
- Provide strategic product feedback to internal leadership and R&D teams.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of post-live, client-facing Account Management or Customer Success experience.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Japanese is mandatory.
- Experience leading business reviews and communicating ROI to executives.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal Product and R&D teams.
- Experience in a SaaS startup environment, ideally within payments, fraud, or finance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive initiatives autonomously.
