• Optimize internal workflows and automate processes across Product and R&D organizations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define and track key product success metrics.
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks to improve cross-team collaboration.
• Spearhead the integration and adoption of advanced AI tools within the product team.
• Foster a culture of agility, data transparency, and collaborative effort.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Product Operations or related operational roles within SaaS B2B companies.
• Proven experience in implementing and scaling AI tools within Product or R&D teams.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Ability to influence stakeholders and build strong relationships across teams.
• Experience managing multiple moving parts in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with Jira, Productboard, and Mixpanel.
• Familiarity with scaling operations during rapid growth phases in B2B tech.
